Unlike one-size-fits-all exam prep programs, our coaching begins by identifying exactly where you need help so we can focus your study time where it matters most.
How It Works
Assessment
You'll complete an assessment designed around the certification exam you're preparing for. To get the most value from the process, we ask that you complete the assessment using only the knowledge you currently have—without notes, books, or internet resources. This helps us identify your true strengths and weaknesses and mimics the exam experience as closely as possible.
In a live virtual one hour session, we will go over a study plan for you, identifying what concepts you need to review.
You will then receive access to your 12 hours of on-demand video, covering core concepts and exam topics.
Personalized Coaching Session: Once you've completed the training videos, we'll schedule a one-on-one two hour virtual coaching session focused specifically on the concepts, calculations, and problem areas identified through your assessment.
Build Confidence and Competence: Our goal isn't to help you memorize answers. Our goal is to help you understand the material, make sound operational decisions, and become a stronger water professional.
